So, tonight I treated myself to some wine.
I figured it would help me fall asleep after a stressful day.
I went to bed around midnight and fell asleep.
Hubby had fallen asleep around 10:15 in the family room.
Apparently around 1ish he decided to join me in the bedroom.
He actually made it into the bed without waking me, but before you give him a thumbs up, hear what happens next.
So, I am happily sleeping and the next thing I know... BAM!
Hubby swats me with one of his giganto sized ham-hocks of a hand! I go 'WHAT THE...' as he grabs the pillow I was using to elevate my sore, swollen left hand/wrist, murmurs 'Ooops, sorry.' and rolls over!
ACK!
So, now he is sleeping the sleep of angels, and I am wide awake with a sore cheek, sore wrist/hand and everything at this point, lots of adrenaline (thanks to being woken up by a freakin' ham hock to the face) and NO BUZZ.
Yeah. Just great. I am so going to make him pay tomorrow.

I have a snorer, it drives me NUTS sometimes. If I get out of bed its like you can't I can't sleep with out you!!!! Well, I can't sleep with you!

Well I was in bed about 1am not quite asleep yet & my boyfriend called me to tell me his dad (step dad) died so I had to head to the hospital. Just got home now. Hopefully school will be closed for a 2nd day due to no power since email etc is still not coming up.

Oh man! Whoever thought it would be fun to share a bed with your sweetie was crazy. I would so love to have my own bed to myself!!!!! Lou is a snuggler and I am a get your hands off me sort of girl!!!

I dated a guy for about a year that had sezures at night. What was funny (in a weird sort of way) I had a water bed. He'd swat me in the face and would be thrashing about, the water in the bed was so turbulaent I'd be bouncing about as if I were on a trapoline.
Love the kitty...I do a glass of wine almost everyday. Depends on finances.

LOL... I've gotten kicked in the head by my youngest once. Next time I need to sleep, I'll have some wine. I had a stressful evening last night..eek.. Beware of Teenagers!! Usually, I keep my mouth shut when it comes to my step-son, but yesterday, he just drew the line, and now I'm feeling like the wicked step-mother. Cackle..cackle. Sigh. It may be time for seperate bedrooms for sleeping and back to one bedroom for...when the mood hits. That's the arrangement we've got here now. Working so far.

Oh, I am giggling @ your pain. I really am sorry but I've got a funny visual of this. Klunk!-Oh, sorry... -snore. Men! Or maybe I should say "males!" When my husband is on the road I have a special bed partner, heehee. He's 90-lbs, walks on four feet and is covered w/chocolate fur - and he has NO sense of where his body lands when he decides to plunk down for the night. Could be on my head, could be on my back, could be on my feet. He cares not! I wake up w/welts from his claws on my face, back, arms... Especially pretty when combined with the dark circles under my eyes from being woken every 15 minutes when he decides to change positions. Gosh, I love that dog!

I came back to read 'reflex' and cracked up.... sorry... I know that hurt, but I just couldn't stop laughing!! I hope he felt bad in the morning!!!
