Ok, this #3 FAQ answers my question from the comments section in your previous entry:

3. What Don't I Get for Free?
There will still be a monthly charge to use AOL to connect to the Internet, and we will offer several reliable and affordable options, on both dial-up and broadband. These options will include access to our 24/7 Live (telephone) Customer Support, which is not available with our free services

We will still get Customer Support, we will just need to pay for it.  Woo Hoo.  If we don't pay for it (going "free") we will go without the Customer Support.  If I ever do decide to go "free" (and by the way, I am skeptical, because my Dad always told me, there are NO free lunches - everybody wants something in return), I will go quasi-free and go the 24/7 Customer Support route.  Which isn't free.

OK, I said my piece.

And thinks for the link, Dawn, I will bookmark it.

Great Info.  I did an entry too.  I went through keyword: billing and live tech and it took about 15 minutes.  That is including hold time.  It's wonderful isn't it?
I'm free!
