Wow! I can't believe a whole week has gone by since I last made an entry! Yikes!
It has been crazy. Very busy trying to get all the holiday stuff done.
And, dealing with sick kids, and being sick myself. Tuesday night, Pumpkin sang in her school Christmas Concert, and then during the night, spiked a fever of 101.
Strep throat. The poor thing was so miserable... couldn't eat normally until Friday. Missed school for the rest of the week and she was not happy about that.
Fuzzy made it through the school week, but starting Friday he began to relapse and the cough and congestion bloomed again. He went right back down hill.
We saw the pediatrician this morning, who called a pediatric pulmonologist/allergist and got us in today at 1pm. I will let you know how it goes, we are leaving to see him in about a half hour.
I still have my cold, too. I got a little worse, got some antibiotics too, and now I feel like I am slowly mending. I guess if the kids weren't sick, I would have been able to bounce back quicker, but, c'est la vie!
I only have 2 or 3 little loose ends to tie up with gifts for the holidays, and one package to send out.
Exciting new, my wonderfully generous dad and mom, gave us a new couch and loveseat for our living room! Our family room furniture was really falling apart at the seams, so we were able to ditch that, move the living room furniture into that room, and then put the new in the living room! Thanks Mom and Dad!

I feel I'm getting there but not quite in the order I had hoped, most presents bought and food either ordered or planned but PLEEEEASE, someone come and clean my house and do some ironing!!!!
Hope you are all feeling better soon, I'm recovering from a very mild cold but as always has left me with a sinus infection and that means almost no sleep for the last week.
