The Most Wonderful Time of the Year

I love this lolcat... not many can read Old English and reading a phone bill is often that much nonsense... so it makes me laugh.  And, I love Beowulf, in translation, of course!  LOL

So, what have I been up to lately you may ask?

Friday my mom was off, so she finally got her hair cut.  It was down to her waist!  She also has extremely thick hair, so it was braided into 2 braids, that were donated to Locks of Love, for cancer patients wigs.  My mom donated them in Pumpkin's name, as Pumpkin wanted to do it, but couldn't stand growing her hair long enough.

Then, we got our favorite lunch sandwich to split at home.  A hero of fresh mozarella, roasted peppers, and balsamic vinegar. Yummy!

Friday, Pumpkin had a sleep over with a friend.  They were fairly quiet, I have to say!

Saturday, Kathy and James came up for the day!  Yay!  Fuzzy and Pumpkin had bowling, and we all went together, including my mom!  We even had Fuzzy's friend, Dogboy along.  We all had a nice lunch at the bowling alley snack bar, and really enjoyed watching the kids play!

Saturday night, my mom and dad took Kathy, James, and all of us out to dinner!  It was nice.

Yesterday, we mostly relaxed around the house and watched football.  And, I did a bunch of shopping online for Christmas gifts!  And, started the interior holiday decorations...

So, there you have it... we are all caught up now!

Still need prayers... still waiting.... looks like it will be Wednesday or Thursday before we know anything, not about me... another family member.  More soon, on that.

be well,
Dawn

ps... I love this!  Hockey Cat (just call him, Marty)... just for you, Donna!

Hi Dawn,
Wow ... I feel honored to have a hockey cat named after me.  To be honest, my recent appearance at the outdoor Ice Rink in Santa Monica was sort of a one-time deal (it's a small rink ... but such a novelty to be able to have ice skating outside by the beach that I couldn't resist).  Meanwhile, I've been meaning to ask, how does someone earn the name "Dogboy?"  Is he aware of the nickname ...?
Best,
Marty

It has been a long time since High School and I have made many journeys over the last 17 years throughout the world.
Over the last year I had written a book especially for my mom.  A book that simply asked her all the questions I ever had, questions about her life, goals, her favorite color, and also things she might have never told me!  I wrote for hours upon hours and came up with a book that I will cherish forever.
Hence the name My Forever Book.

I would like to now share this book with everyone I know!  If you would like to see my book please goto the website!

Again I hope this email finds you and brings you great joy.
