Better Late Than Never

And, yes, I have been saving these lolcat pics for months...

My kids finally have a snow day tomorrow, and NJ is supposed to get about 6 inches of snow!  Yay!  They cancelled school because of fears of ice more than snow, but either way the kids and I get to sleep in, and maybe see some snow on the ground, like their should be in winter time!!!

Better late than never, but I would really have liked this on December 24th... lol

Now, to answer everyone's questions...

Mystic Pizza the movie, was based at a REAL pizza parlor in Mystic, CT.  Since then, they created a company and make frozen pizzas that they ship direct through their website and that you can buy in the grocery store here.

Here is the picture of the box and the website:

Frozen Pizza: Mystic Pizza Food Company Inc.

A yummy slice of heaven, I tell you.  The best frozen pizza I have ever had so far!

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

be well,
Dawn

I've always liked the movie, Mystic Pizza -- would love to try the pizza some time.  I hope everyone is feeling better at your house.  Enjoy your snow, but stay safe.  We're getting lots of ice here.  Schools let out early today, but I don't know yet about tomorrow.

Hi Dawn,
Wow ... not only do you get a snow day, but it's Friday, too ... it's like a three-day weekend fell from the sky.  Thanks for the info on Mystic Pizza.  It sounds great ... I'll watch for it in the supermarket!
Best,
Marty

Yay for the snowday!  Hope you and the kids enjoy it.  Never seen the movie(I don't watch many) but love pizza, probably couldn't find it this far west.  The Lolcats are great-so is the sweet deer and bunny at the end.  Have a great, fun weekend.

But does it have the secret Portugese spices that made it so special in the movie?  I have atched that movie twenty times.  Maybe more.

It snowed here yesterday almost non-stop but it was light so only a mere 4 inches. Pickles was loving it. I swear it's like a no school day for her. (Hugs) Indigo

We went to CT every summer.  My aunt lived there.  I've been in Mystic many times at the seaport.  Dang, that pizza sure looks so good.  Glad you all are having so much fun with the white stuff.  HUGS  Chris
